Glorious June and we've had some really happy smoky days! At the Wild Boar Inn, here at Shap, Smoky Jo giving a chef's demo - taking over from Paul Rankin,

wardrobe smoking, sausage making, sausage smoking for the award-winning Shap Chippy and catching a trout at Bessy Beck to smoke on the two day course.

 

 

It's only March but we have a couple of courses under our belts already this year - both at The WIld Boar, using their new private function room...safe to say good food and
